CONSULTATIOn

This is where we collaborate and gather all of the information we will need for the space. Once we have a clear picture of your needs, a design plan can be developed. At this time we select color, materials, lighting, and a budget starts to take shape. Once a design plan is completed pricing is finalized.

IMPLEMENTATION

Once the design plan and budget have been approved by you it is now time to go shopping, place all orders and coordinate all sub contractors and vendors. There will be constant communication and collaboration to manage progress and answer any questions that may come up.

INSTALLATION

The reveal takes place, the room is "dressed" with furniture, lighting, accessories, plants, and wall art to give you a completely designed space that reflects your personality and lifestyle.

  • An initial consultation is where we will start. We will meet on-site (if possible) or by video (if not in-person) and learn everything we can about your project. This is where we will gather all the information needed; asking a series of detailed questions to get a clear picture of the scope of the project. Discussing your budget and design needs—asking questions regarding yourself, your family, preferences, habits, entertainment, hobbies, functional needs, and your desired outcome for your space. Once we have a clear picture of your needs, a design plan can be developed. What’s on your wish list! Our goal is to make sure that we listen to our clients and help them bring their vision to life. Each project is uniquely their own!

The next step in the process, brings us to the signing of our Letter of Agreement. This document outlines the scope the project and what is expected of us. When the design plan and budget have been finalized and approved it’s time to move to the next step. Selecting a color palette, furniture, materials, soft goods, lighting, and a budget starts to take shape. Once a design plan is completed pricing is finalized. If desired, we will create photo-realistic renderings with our selections so that you can truly visualize your space before making any final decisions. Typically, throughout the process we will be in constant communication with our client to make sure we stay on budget, and we adhere to the parameters of the project. When the design plan and budget have been approved by you it is now time to go shopping, place all orders and coordinate with all sub-contractors and vendors.

Product lead times vary, but generally you can expect furniture to be about 8-12 weeks (for online orders). Quick-ship items can be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Because custom furniture is often built-to-order, items can take anywhere from 12 to 18 weeks to arrive (sometimes more, sometimes less). Please note, that because of COVD-19 and the supply chain issues furniture and products being shipped may take even longer.

Most interior design projects will take anywhere from 3–6 months depending on the size. If you are on a tight timeline, we will do everything in our power to complete your home as quickly as possible, but please let us know at the beginning of the process. By scheduling frequent meetings with your designer and making informative decisions, you can also speed the process along.

You are involved and made aware of the budget. You make all the final decisions. All we ask is that you make no purchases without our approval.

  • This question is often asked, it really depends on how much you would like to invest in your project. What’s your budget? What are your expectations? We can go as high or low as you would like to go. We’ll help you think about function, aesthetics and how it will look for years to come.
